As Senior Vice President, JP leads all strategic initiatives for New England Hotel Realty. He is recognized as a leading industry real estate advisory specialist with nearly 30 years of experience providing disposition, acquisition and real estate consulting services.

He is a speaker at some of the leading hotel investment conferences including: the Lodging Conference, the North America Hotel Investment Conference (NATHIC) and the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Conference. He also regularly contributes to several lodging real estate publications, such as the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Lodging Magazine, the IHIF Newsletter, and the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ).

JP also chairs the committee responsible for gathering nominations and selecting the finalists for the America’s Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) “Development of the Year” award, which recognizes the most outstanding achievement in hotel construction and design in the country.

JP is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and is a Certified Hotel Broker (CHB). He has been honored as Broker of the Year by Hotel Brokers International (HBI), and on multiple occasions has been named Top Salesperson for the New England and Mid-Atlantic Region.
